Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened and unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

Due to food safety regulations, opened or partially consumed food products cannot be returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Food Safety Return Policy

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of:

  • opened food products

  • partially consumed products

  • items that have been improperly stored after delivery

Heat Sensitive Products

Some products sold by King Henry’s, including gummies and candies, may be sensitive to heat during shipping.

During warmer weather or when shipping to warmer climates, products may soften, deform, or melt during transit.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that heat exposure during shipping may alter product appearance.

Melted products are generally safe to consume and do not qualify as damaged goods.

King Henry’s Inc. is not responsible for melted or heat-affected products caused by:

Product Appearance Variations

Exchanges

If your return request is approved, the fastest way to receive a replacement item is to place a new order after your refund is processed.


Refunds
